Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions and return addresses will be provided after approval.

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, some items may not require a physical return and may be eligible for a replacement or refund instead.

Refunds are processed after approval and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
